Who we are

Resortly I/S, CVR 46217691, is the data controller for the Resortly platform and the website resortlypartners.com. If you have any questions, contact us at partners@resortlynow.com.

What data we collect

Signup form data: venue name, your name, email, phone, resort, and venue type.
Analytics data: anonymised page views and interaction events via Google Analytics 4 (IP anonymisation enabled). Only loaded with your consent.
Technical data: browser type, device type, and approximate location (via IP).

Why we collect it and our legal bases

Partner enquiries: to respond to your enquiry and administer a possible customer relationship.
Account administration: necessary administration is processed to provide the agreement.
Analytics: analytics is processed only on the basis of consent.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run Resortly: our hosting provider (Cloudflare), database provider (Supabase), and Google Analytics. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep signup data for as long as you are a partner or prospective partner. You can request deletion at any time by emailing partners@resortlynow.com. Information that must be retained by law may not be deleted immediately.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or export your personal data, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet). Email us to exercise any of these rights. Information that must be retained by law may not be deleted immediately.

Cookies

Resortly stores your language and analytics choice in your browser's local storage. These preferences are necessary to remember your choices and are not used for tracking. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may set the cookies _ga and a property-specific _ga_* cookie to distinguish visitors and sessions. GA4 and its cookies are not loaded before you accept analytics. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
