Who we are
Resortly ("we", "us") operates the website resortlynow.com and the Resortly platform. We are based in Aarhus, Denmark. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@resortlynow.com.
What data we collect
- Signup form data: venue name, your name, email, phone (optional), resort, venue type, preferred payment timing.
- Analytics data: anonymised page views and interaction events via Google Analytics 4 (IP anonymisation enabled). Only loaded with your consent.
- Technical data: browser type, device type, and approximate location (via IP).
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your founding partner signup.
- To operate and improve the Resortly platform.
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations.
Legal basis under GDPR: your consent (signup submission and analytics) and our legitimate interest in operating the business.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run Resortly: our hosting provider (Cloudflare), database provider (Supabase), and Google Analytics. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep signup data for as long as you are a partner or prospective partner. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@resortlynow.com.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us to exercise any of these rights.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie to remember your cookie preference. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the banner.
