You pay when you book. After you join, we email you a secure payment link and everything you need to know within 24 hours.
Resortly will launch in Val Thorens no later than 10 December 2026. If Resortly has not launched by that date, every venue that has paid for the 2026/27 season is entitled to a full refund of its seasonal payment. If Resortly launches by that date, a venue is not entitled to a refund simply because it changes its mind. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law.
