2. Founding partner signups
By submitting the signup form, you express interest in becoming a Founding Venue for Resortly for the 2026/27 season. Submitting a signup form does not reserve a Founding Venue place.
3. Pricing & refunds
Resortly I/S (CVR 46217691) offers the first 10 venues accepted in writing as Founding Venues a price of €299 per venue for the 2026/27 season. After these 10 places have been allocated, the price is €1,999 per venue per season - for this season (winter 26/27). Submitting a signup form does not reserve a Founding Venue place. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
Resortly will launch in Val Thorens no later than 10 December 2026. If Resortly has not launched by that date, every venue that has paid for the 2026/27 season is entitled to a full refund of its seasonal payment. If Resortly launches by that date, a venue is not entitled to a refund simply because it changes its mind. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law.
4. No minimum results
Resortly does not guarantee any minimum number of views, guests, enquiries, bookings or revenue.
5. Booking requests
A booking request sent through Resortly is not a confirmed reservation. The venue is responsible for accepting requests and for its own availability, prices, services and cancellations. Resortly is not a party to the agreement between the venue and the guest.
6. Venue content
The venue is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its profile, posts and offers, and confirms that it has the rights needed to upload its content. The venue permits Resortly to display that content on the platform and use it to promote Resortly and the venue during the subscription.
7. Platform integrity
Resortly may remove unlawful, misleading or infringing content and act against spam or misuse. Affected venues may contact Resortly using the existing contact email to question a decision.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate venue information, not to misrepresent your venue, and not to use Resortly to send spam, scrape data, or interfere with the service.
9. Limitation of liability
Resortly is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resortly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted on this page.
