Terms of Service

Resortly is operated from Aarhus, Denmark. Contact: hello@resortlynow.com.

By submitting the signup form, you express interest in becoming a founding partner venue for Resortly, season 26/27. Your submission is not a binding contract — a confirmation email and a separate payment step are required to secure your spot.

The founding partner price is €1.199 for season 26/27. Standard pricing will be €1.999 from season 27/28 onwards — founding partners lock the lower rate permanently. If the platform does not go live before season 26/27, you pay nothing.

You agree to provide accurate venue information, not to misrepresent your venue, and not to use Resortly to send spam, scrape data, or interfere with the service.

You retain ownership of any content you provide (photos, descriptions, menus). You grant Resortly a licence to display this content on the platform to fulfil the service.

Resortly is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resortly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

You can withdraw your signup at any time before payment by emailing us. After payment, the service-year applies (see pricing guarantee above).

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted on this page.
